Why not charge by the hour?
Because it creates the wrong incentive. If we deliver your dashboard in 2 weeks instead of 14 months, hourly pricing punishes our efficiency. You pay for the outcome — a working system that reduces your ERP exposure — not for the time it takes us to build it.
How do you arrive at these prices?
Each tier is calibrated against the typical ERP exposure range it serves. A Professional engagement at €35,000 against a €600,000 annual ERP data cost is a 5% investment for a 55%+ recovery in year 1. That's the lens — not our hours.
What if my situation doesn't fit a tier?

Is the monthly retainer in Enterprise mandatory?
